Feeling grateful for all the incredible adventures, experiences and new people this past year brought into my life – I couldn´t expect so many good and exciting things to happen.
One of the most memorable days was a workcation to the region of Piedmont in Northern Italy with my friend and teammate, photographer Terhi Koivisto. We made a story about wine culture and life in Piedmont for a lifestyle magazine. We enjoyed every second of it… Relaxing walks in beautiful vineyards and hills of Piedmont, delicious food, some wine tasting, good conversations and lots of laughter with the locals. These memories stay in our hearts forever.

The Vineyard-landscape of Langhe-Roero and Monferrato in Piedmont is listed in UNESCO´s world heritage list.
Nebbiolo and Barbera are some of the most popular red wine grapes in Piedmont.
Between work and winery visits, we found a perfect place for a lunch picnic.

Staying overnight in a beautiful villa, Casa Visette.
Sari and Petteri Laine, the Finnish owners of Casa Visette just visited Finland, so we were lucky to have some Finnish rye bread and cream cheese for breakfast, together with an Italian cappuccino and stunning views of the Barolo area.
We never grow too old to play and fool around a bit.
